How do I make an appointment?
We would love to hear from you. Simply contact us at 843-789-3581 for our Downtown |Salon & Spa at 310 King Street, Suite B, or 843-718-1090 for our Avondale West Ashley Salon located at 916 Savannah Highway. Our Guest Services Team is standing by and ready to assist you with your appointment. If we have an opening with your favorite stylist or one that is recommended based upon your needs, we are always happy to accommodate by providing excellent service responsibly. In the event we are assisting another guest, you are always welcome to leave a message and/or book your respective appointment online. As always we appreciate your patience and will reach out at the soonest available time to confirm your book your requested service and/or to confirm your appointment.
What can I expect for my first appointment?
A Lordis Loft team member will greet you upon arrival. If you are early you are welcome to wait in your car if you prefer. Upon entry, we ask that every guest wear a mask for the duration of their visit with us. Once you are inside the Salon we request that everyone sanitize their hands. In an effort to maintain overall wellness and safety for all of the guests as well as our team temperature checks will be taken. Anyone with a temperature outside of a normal range will respectfully be asked to reschedule, as well as any team member. Beverage service is limited and we have removed items that could potentially increase the spread of any germs. Once you’ve been checked in, your stylist will come to greet you, he or she will seat you. We maintain social distancing within our establishment and request that everyone be conscience of the same.
What personal protection protocols and safety measures are you taking?
We are implementing personal protection protocols including masks and freshly laundered capes (as always)! We have added additional time between each guest to allow for proper sanitation of all styling stations, surfaces, tools, and all other areas. Team members will wear face masks at all times. We will be following all state-mandated guidelines and then some. All team members follow specific COVID-19 disinfection practices, in addition to their state licensure that requires safe sanitation practices. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to eliminate the possibility of exposing anyone in the event you may have contracted COVID-19.
What social distancing measures are you taking?
Appointments are scheduled in a manner that allows your stylist to seat you upon arrival in an effort to adhere to social distancing requirements. Our new occupancy plan reduces the number of people incapacity. Guests are seated to create an appropriate distance between styling stations. All guests are prescreened prior to their respective appointment to ensure safety.
As a courtesy to our Lordis Loft Salon & Spa team and others waiting for an appointment, we respectfully request 48-hours advance notice for changes or cancellations of any single service.
