Parking
Our Avondale, West Ashley salon features on-site parking. Street, lot, or garage parking is required when visiting the Downtown, Charleston location. Please see our Parking Map (PDF) for specific options.
If you require any special parking accommodations, please inquire before your visit so we may assist.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember that your appointment time is reserved for you and no one else. If you don’t arrive or arrive on-time (or at all), it prevents other guests from utilizing that appointment slot. Therefore, we require guests to provide 48-hours advance notice in the event you need to cancel and/or change your scheduled appointment. If a guest has multiple services scheduled, we would respectfully ask for 72-hours advance notice with regard to the above.
It is our policy to charge the entire amount of the service(s) booked in the event a guest does not show or call within the above specified time period. Bridal parties are required to provide 7 days advance notice of their intent to cancel and/or amend appointments without incurring the full cost of the scheduled services.
